Anime Ventilation 29 Watashi ga Motete Dousunda

I am so aggravated. Somehow Blogger turned the original post of this into a draft and I deleted it because I'm dumb. I am so sad. WAIT! I think I found the note (midnight rant) I sent to myself to remind myself to post.

Oh my goodness. This anime is the epitome of all things anime girls dream of—with a twist. Serinuma goes from an overweight yaoi otaku to a bishii yaoi otaku. And from there the reverse harem takes off. They covered all the bases with the different male and female 'love interest' archetypes. I say 'love interests' because she doesn't end up with any of them, prioritizing anime and her OTP's over love. Relatable for anime lovers for sure. So cute love interests + lots of shoujo sparkles + Serinuma fangirling = this series. Honestly it's just a fun little cheerful anime for all those times you want to immerse yourself in a fantasy (as in daydream not sci fi/fantasy genres) anime where the protagonist is pretty relatable and you need purity. Like most anime it follows the whole Valentines episode, summer trip adventure, school festival episode, and rival in love episode (even though technically the original 5 people in love with her are already rivals when you think about it).

Overall you should just watch this for funzies and purity. Lots of shoujo sparkles and cute moments for everyone. 💖

P.S. I'm sorry if you read the original ventilation and find this one lacking, but this was the best I could do (besides watching it all over again (which I'm tempted to do, except that I'm swamped with school work))
